At Bonterra we are serious about wine and there will be no doubt about it when you walk in. From a series of black & white photos of the wine country to the custom designed bar stools which mimic an inverted wine barrel, you'll know we mean business.
All of our 200 wines by the glass are prominently displayed in custom-built refrigerated cabinets where all the red wines are kept at a constant 68 degrees and the white wines are at 42 degrees to ensure absolute perfect presentation and tasting temperature. You'll be amazed at the difference in taste when a wine is served at optimum temperature. We go beyond normal expectations to accentuate the restaurant's wine-friendly atmosphere.
